Revision Policy

If you received the article that does not match the specifications you have provided at the time the article was ordered, we will be happy to revise it for you.  We review each article for possible grammar and spelling mistakes, but it's possible that some of them slip through. In this case, we will be happy to correct or repair them. 

Refund Policy

Your order will be broken down into smaller batches before they are being sent to the writers. Once this process begins, refunds can no longer be requested, except those where the batches have not yet been started by the writer. Only the unfinished batches (not the entire order) will be refunded. Since the articles are sent via email, they are considered as digital products, and we do not offer refunds for non-tangible goods.

Our revision and refund policies are based on a case to case basis, which will be determined at the sole discretion of Content-Graphics. Any abuse of this policy will result in a denial of the said request.
